It is important to note that this warranty does not cover lost items, normal wear and tear (such as dents or broken chains) resulting from misuse, misuse or improper storage of the product. Parts damaged by chemicals are not covered.
What are Semijewels?
Semi-jewels offer the sophistication of jewelry at an affordable price, filling the gap between jewelry and costume jewelry. Thus, they provide the desired refinement without the high cost associated with jewelry.
What is the difference between semi-jewelry and costume jewelry?
Jewelry is produced on a large scale, often using materials such as plastic for the stones. The semi-jewels are made with care and using high quality materials. Gringa Bijoux works with pieces plated in 18k gold, white and black rhodium. With proper care, semi-jewelry can last for many years.
Is Semijoia hypoallergenic?
All jewelry is hypoallergenic, which means it does not contain nickel, a material that normally causes allergies.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
We recommend not using the piece while bathing, swimming pool or sea; Avoid contact with makeup, creams, soap, perfumes or lotions;
Handle the piece carefully, avoid friction, falling and impact. In particular the pieces in Natural Stones, Enameled and Rivieras;
We always recommend using running water and neutral soap to clean your pieces. Wash and rinse thoroughly, then dry well with a soft towel
What should I do if my jewelry is defective or if I received the wrong order?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please don't use it. Send your order number together with a photo of the defective or incorrect part to contact@gringabijoux.ch. Our team will be happy to help resolve this for you!
